SWIM Ltd consultants are a highly talented team of professionals with more than 70 years combined experience in knowledge, information, records and archives management. Our focus is on quality. We are large enough to provide a team of highly experienced hand-picked specialists to deliver superior outcomes. And we are small enough so that we are all actively engaged in our work.

Our consultants are the best in the field. They are highly respected and extremely discreet. When our consultants work with a client they are able to draw on the combined experience of the whole SWIM Ltd team.

The SWIM Ltd directors are Dr Susan Skudder, and Kerri Siatiras. Both have extensive backgrounds working within the public, local authority and private sectors in information management roles.

Susan co-founded SWIM Ltd in 1997, after working for 11 years in the information management field including 8 years at Archives New Zealand.

Kerri began working in information management roles in 1991 with Archives New Zealand, then Telecom New Zealand, and Ernest & Young prior to joining SWIM Ltd.

SWIM Ltd consultants have interests in specific areas of information and records management, however their broad knowledge means they are able to undertake consulting for all of the services SWIM Ltd offers.

On occasions, SWIM Ltd will utilise the expertise of one of our specialist associates to ensure that we can provide the best outcome for our clients.
