We have been involved in a number of very interesting and successful projects lately. Some examples of the work we have been doing over the last six months are:

Metadata Schemas

We have developed a metadata schema for an organisation that is compliant with the Archives New Zealand Technical Specification

Retention and disposal schedule for the administrative records of Pacific countries for PARBICA

SWIM Ltd has worked with Archives NZ on this project. This is part of the PARBICA Recordkeeping Toolkit for Good Governance, which has been nominated for the Australian Society of Archivists' Mander Jones award for publications in the field of recordkeeping

Functional classification structure covering all New Zealand Universities

This was developed in association with eight universities

Request for Proposal documents for the selection of electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS)

We have assisted several agencies with developing these proposals

Conducting a Public Records Act Assessment for a District Health Board

Assessing compliance against the Archives New Zealand Mandatory Standards
